Guideline -  Step by step:

• Please click on submit your abstract and create an user account/log in.
  Here you can find an abstract template. Submit your abstract by 24 September 2025 (final deadline).
• You will get a confirmation of your submission by email.
• The review process conducted by international scientific experts is scheduled for October/November. Acceptance status will be announced latest by Wednesday, 26 November.
• All poster presenters and oral speakers must register and pay the conference fee for the ISEC 2026 conference by 15 December 2025 to be included in the program.
• Submission of full paper ends by 28 February 2026.
  

  
  Full paper: Each author whose abstract has been accepted has the opportunity to submit a full paper for the online conference proceedings of ISEC 2026.
  
  We are collaborating with TIB Open Publishing (Technische Informationsbibliothek). This collaboration offers the advantages that each paper has a crossref DOI registration, open access publication, indexing of the paper in google scholar and long-term archiving.
  The submission link for the full paper will follow.

  Poster: Send us your recorded presentation (length 2 minutes) by 28 February 2026. A guide for pre-recording can be found here. We will create a QR Code and send it to you after we receive your pre-recorded presentation. Please integrate the QR Code on your poster. It's also fine when you create the QR code by yourself.
  
  Besides that, please bring your printed poster (do not forget to integrate the QR Code) to the conference. At the reception, you will receive mounting material and information on where to place your poster. Poster size: A0 (portrait format 841 mm x 1,1189 mm).
